Gentle Yoga

There will be a break in Zoom Classes until February 16, 2026.  If you would like notification of these classes, please let me know and I will add you to my zoom classes list.  You can also check my website for class listings.  If you are already on the zoom list, you do not need to contact me.

Classes will include a yoga sutra intention, lead asana practice with an anatomical focus and practice theme.   I plan to include some practice utilizing hand weights so please have them handy along with your regular yoga props, a mat, a strap, 2 yoga blocks, a bolster (or 2 extra blankets), 2-3 blankets, and a chair, and a partridge in a pear tree 😉

PROPS

Please set up near an accessible wall space with enough room for the narrow end of your sticky  mat.  If you have enough room for the wide orientation of your mat against a wall, that could be useful, but not required.

Please have at a  minimum:

  • sticky mat
  • one 6 foot or longer yoga belt
  • two 4 x 6 x 9″ foam or wood yoga blocks
  • 3 firm cotton or wool blankets
  • One folding metal chair

Optional additional props:

  • Bolster
  • Eye cover
  • 2 More blankets
  • Sand bags or weights
