Summer Zoom Yoga

Hello Beloved Zoomers,

As the summer weather comes on I know that we all will be spending more time outdoors and perhaps traveling to beautiful places.   As we have done in the past, I would like to offer a once a week opportunity to have a one hour practice together.

As a summer practice, it will simply be a lead practice, not sutra, no recordings just show up and be together.  It will be an all level practice leaning toward a combo of gentle through advanced beginner, with options for the levels.

My schedule does not allow me to stay with one day so my offering will be as follows:

Monday, May 18-June 22
10-11AM Pacific Time (9-10 AM Alaska Time)
6 weeks on Monday

Wednesday, July 1- July 22
10-11AM Pacific Time (9-10 AM Alaska Time)
4 weeks on Wednesday

This covers a total of 10 weeks.

These classes will be by donation (suggested $10 per class).
Payment options are Paypal using my email address,  Zelle using my phone number or a check mailed to me at 5961 Everson Goshen Road, Bellingham, WA, 98226.

If you are paying by check, and are dropping in, I’d prefer that you keep track of the number of classes attended and pay the full amount in one check, rather than send numerous $10 checks.

Also,  YOU MUST LET ME KNOW VIA EMAIL if you want to receive the special summer Zoom links so that I don’t have to send them to this entire list of almost 200 folks every week.  (I will make a separate summer zoom class list for the links.)

PROPS

Please set up near an accessible wall space with enough room for the narrow end of your sticky  mat.  If you have enough room for the wide orientation of your mat against a wall, that could be useful, but not required.

Please have at a  minimum:  

  • sticky mat
  • one 6 foot or longer yoga belt
  • two 4X6X9’ foam or wood yoga blocks
  • 3 firm cotton or wool blankets
  • One folding metal chair

Optional additional props 

  • Bolster
  • Eye cover
  • 2 More blankets
  • Sand bags or weights
