Online Yoga Teacher Training

I will be offering online Yoga teaching training for a few people this fall.

I will offer about 40 hours of training this fall online.  It will require attending the  two zoom classes on Monday and Wednesday from 9:30-10:45 PST, then after a 15 minute break, we will meet again from 11-12 for TT.

We will go over the class sequence, have a little sutra discussion and an anatomy/alignment focus.  There will be some light homework/journaling and reading assignments.  Attendees will receive a certificate of completion as a Yoga Practitioner from me.  This is not a formal RYT but it would be training that would be helpful for those wanting to lead or offer yoga classes to friends or those wanting to learn from you.

It will run from October 7 to December 18, 2024.  I will miss two Mondays, October 21 and November 18.  The last week will be TT only, no  public zoom yoga and focus on some adjustments. Although the classes will be recorded, you may not miss more than 2 in person classes to qualify for the program.
